WHERE A PRIMING COAT IS NEEDED
A Priming Coat must be applied on New Surfaces — such as New Plaster, New Burlap, New Canvas, New Wood and New Metal; also on Walls from which Wall Paper and Kalsomine have been removed; also newly .plastered cracks; also, over old Casein Paint and Flat Wall Paint because they are porous.
PREPARING OLD PAINTED WALLS
Scales and peels should be removed. Wipe off cobwebs, soot and loose dirt with soft, lint less cloth. For best results wash with warm water to which ammonia has been added. Wipe dry. Let dry thoroughly before applying pigmented NOULA undercoat.
PAINTING WOODWORK
On previously painted surfaces, clean and sand thoroughly to remove dirt, polish, wax, etc. and to lower the gloss. Prime with pigmented NOULA undercoat. in smooth, even strokes. On new wood surfaces, apply directly NOULA undercoat.
NOULA undercoat paint must be thinned only with white spirit.
One U.S. gallon covers 50sqm per coat.
